Job summary

LOT Polish Airlines in Warszawa is seeking an experienced Revenue Management/Data Analyst to forecast demand and optimize route profitability. You will work across Pricing, E‑commerce and Sales to shape strategic route development and ensure budget targets are achieved.

The role requires strong analytical skills, aviation interest, and fluency in English. You will contribute to dynamic revenue management, with opportunities for professional growth within an international airline environment.

Qualifications

• Higher education in Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics or Aviation
• At least 3 years’ professional experience in data analysis; aviation demand management experience is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of Amadeus, SQL, Power BI or Python is advantageous
• Very good command of English (B2/C1)
• Commercial mindset: translate data into sound business decisions
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Collaborative and flexible: cross-department work and quick market response
• Interest in aviation is beneficial

Responsibilities

• Demand analysis (forecasting and planning) for the assigned route portfolio within LOT’s PLL network - dynamic management of connections to maximise revenue from each flight
• Collaborate with Pricing, SPA, Interline, Revenue Performance, Route Network, E-commerce and Sales to define route development strategies
• Continuously analyze reports and monitor competitors’ activities to meet budget targets
• Manage booking class availability and forecasts using Revenue Management system
• Coordinate activities within the Commercial Division and present results
• Monitor travel demand events and adapt strategies accordingly
• Participate in key projects of the Revenue Management Office

Job description

• Demand analysis (forecasting and planning) for the assigned route portfolio within LOT’s PLL network - dynamic management of connections to maximise revenue from each flight;
• Collaboration with the Pricing, SPA and Interline, Revenue Performance, Route Network, E-commerce and Sales departments - jointly defining strategies for the further development of routes;
• Continuous analysis of reports, monitoring of competitors’ activities and decision-making to ensure budget targets are met;
• Managing the availability of booking classes and carrying out forecasts using the Revenue Management system;
• Coordinating activities within the Commercial Division - presenting results and planning further actions;
• Monitoring events affecting travel demand and dynamically adapting our own strategies;
• Participating in key projects of the Revenue Management Office.

Requirements:

• Higher education (preferably in Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics or Aviation);
• At least 3 years’ professional experience in data analysis, experience in aviation demand management would be an advantage;
• Proficiency in MS Excel, knowledge of Amadeus, SQL, Power BI or Python would be an advantage;
• Very good command of English (minimum B2/C1);
• Commercial mindset: Ability to translate data into sound business and revenue-generating decisions;
• Communication: Ability to present results effectively and draw conclusions;
• Collaboration and flexibility: Ability to work across departments and respond quickly to market changes and competitors’ moves;
• An interest in aviation would be an advantage.
