Lufthansa Group Business Services in Kraków is seeking a data analytics professional to transform data into actionable insights and drive reporting improvements in a global setting.

You will collaborate with international teams, extract and process data from LH systems, and develop automated solutions while maintaining high quality standards.

Qualifications

• Analytical and numerical skills required.
• Master/Bachelor degree in Economic/Statistics/Mathematics/IT.
• Very good knowledge of English.
• Good command of MS Excel.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Cost Center Accounting activities.
• Calculation of Fees and Charges.
• Extraction & processing of data from various LH Systems.
• Ad-hoc basic analyses.
• Management of incoming and outgoing written and verbal communication with customers.
• Creation of standard reports.
• Distributing reports in accordance with defined standards.
• Updating process documentation on daily basis.
• Technical Data Interpretation & Analysis.
• Develop and implement automated solutions to improve processes.
