The role emphasizes collaboration across hybrid teams, robust model development, and translating analytics into measurable business outcomes while staying current with GenAI innovations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, or related field.
• Direct AI/ML experience with enterprise-scale deployments.
• Experience applying analytics and ML to forecasting, pricing, customer analytics, sales planning, CV, or optimization.
• Proficiency in ML algorithms, GenAI frameworks, and data engineering.
• MLOps experience deploying, monitoring, and maintaining models in production.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy AI/ML models addressing business challenges in commercial ops, supply chain, manufacturing.
• Lead data science projects from ideation through implementation.
• Collaborate with data engineering, ML engineering, analytics, GenAI, and business stakeholders.
• Apply best practices in data prep, feature engineering, model selection, validation, and deployment.
• Contribute to code reviews and technical docs.
• Stay current with ML, GenAI and analytics advancements.
• Translate complex data science concepts into actionable business insights.
• Mentor teammates and support learning.
