Job summary

Sii Poland invites an experienced Senior Data Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable data solutions for a pharmaceutical industry project. You will shape a modern data platform used across markets to enable data-driven decisions and global analytics.

You will build pipelines with Python, leverage AWS services, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment. English proficiency is required for international collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Data Engineering or related fields.
• Strong Python development skills, including object-oriented programming, design patterns, and Pandas data processing.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services Glue, Athena, DynamoDB, Lambda, and Step Functions.
• Solid understanding of cloud-based architectures and scalable data engineering solutions.
• Experience working in Agile teams and using modern software development practices.
• Advanced level of English

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a modern Data Engineering platform supporting data-driven business processes and analytics
• Design and implement scalable data engineering solutions using modern Python development practices
• Build reliable and maintainable data pipelines following object-oriented design principles
• Collaborate with agile, cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
• Support platform migrations, enhancements, and integrations across evolving business environments
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues within existing data and processing pipelines
