Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced Senior Data Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable data platforms that enable advanced analytics and global decision-making. You will contribute to a modern data platform used across markets, delivering high-quality, data-driven solutions at scale.

You will implement Python-based data solutions, build robust pipelines, and collaborate with Agile teams while leveraging AWS services to support migrations and integrations in evolving environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in data engineering or related fields.
• Strong Python development skills and data processing with Pandas.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services (Glue, Athena, DynamoDB, Lambda, Step Functions).
• Solid understanding of cloud-based architectures and scalable data solutions.
• Experience working in Agile teams and modern software practices.
• Advanced level of English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a modern Data Engineering platform supporting data-driven business processes and analytics.
• Design and implement scalable data engineering solutions using modern Python development practices.
• Build reliable and maintainable data pipelines following object-oriented design principles.
• Collaborate with agile, cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Support platform migrations, enhancements, and integrations across evolving business environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues within existing data and processing pipelines.
