Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced Data Engineer specialized in Microsoft Fabric to join our Data & Analytics Competence Center in Poland. You will design, build, and maintain enterprise data platforms on Azure, integrating multiple enterprise data sources for advanced analytics and reporting.

The role requires 5+ years in Azure data engineering, expertise in Microsoft Fabric, strong Python/SQL skills, and solid experience with Azure services and CI/CD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Azure data engineering and data platform.
• Proven expertise in Microsoft Fabric implementation projects.
• Advanced programming skills in Python and SQL.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Fabric, PySpark, Azure DWH, Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, Azure SQL Database, etc.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
• Knowledge of networking, security, identity management, and serverless computing in Azure.
• Experience in scripting and automation using PowerShell, ARM templates, or similar tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills.
• Fluent Polish and residing in Poland.

Responsibilities

• Develop, deploy, and maintain enterprise data solutions on Azure.
• Work with structured data across finance, manufacturing, procurement, sales, and more.
• Design scalable, robust data solutions on Azure using Fabric, Data Lake, Databricks, and ETL/ELT.
• Create data models and schemas to support business needs.
• Optimize data solutions for performance, scalability, and cost.
