Qualifications

• 3+ years in analytical roles translating insights into business actions.
• Ninja expertise with Excel/Google Sheets and SQL.
• Strong storytelling with data and presentations for diverse audiences.
• Hands-on, willing to roll up sleeves.
• Basic Python for analytics (pandas, visualization; ML/basic stats) a plus.
• Familiarity with Looker/Tableau a plus.
• Proficient in English is a must.

Responsibilities

• Drive data-backed decision-making and lay the foundation for strategic plans.
• Develop dashboards and data controls to detect underperformance quickly.
• Establish and track key metrics to monitor performance.
• Collaborate with international teams to generate new data insights and products.
• Propose initiatives to boost menu quality, content variety, and cross-selling.
• Share expertise with local teams to enable sustainable analytics growth.
• Own business projects end-to-end from analysis to implementation.
