is seeking an experienced Data Analyst (Expert) to join our client—an international financial institution—and contribute to GKYC data analytics and reporting. You will use SQL, Python, R, Java, and Scala, deliver Power BI reports, build data models, and collaborate with IT, Financial Crime, Compliance, Legal, and business leads in a hybrid setup (Gdańsk, Łódź, or Warsaw, with 25% remote).

Qualifications

• Experience in data management and data quality, preferably in financial services.
• Strong skills with SQL, Python, R, Java and Scala.
• Hands-on Power BI experience.
• Domain knowledge in AML/CTF, KYC, Transaction Monitoring or Sanctions.
• Excellent communication with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented with a professional approach.
• Fluent English (speaking and writing) required.

Responsibilities

• Support the GKYC program by driving data analytics, design, and development.
• Work with data taxonomies and build small data models.
• Produce clear, actionable reports using Power BI.
• Collaborate with IT, Architecture, Financial Crime, Compliance, Legal, and business leads to implement changes.
• Navigate a fast-paced project environment with changing priorities and find optimal solutions.
• Ensure high standards of data accuracy and quality in all deliverables.
