Job summary

Base.com is seeking a Business Intelligence Developer (SQL, PowerBI) to turn data into actionable insights and own end-to-end BI development—from requirements and data ingestion to warehousing, modeling, and reporting.

You will build dashboards in Power BI, optimize complex SQL queries, and collaborate with an international team on cloud data components (AWS Redshift, S3, Glue).

Qualifications

• 3+ years of BI experience
• Advanced SQL proficiency
• Experience with Power BI and data visualization

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of BI development from requirements gathering to deployment and adoption
• Translate business needs into robust technical solutions with stakeholders and data engineers
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable BI solutions using AWS Redshift, RDS, and Power BI
• Develop comprehensive data models and interactive dashboards using Power BI
• Perform ad-hoc data analysis and build automated reporting solutions for business users
