Glovo is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to oversee operational metrics and courier fleet health across cities in Poland. You will report to the Head of Operations and lead engagements that sustain long-term performance and cost efficiency.

You will drive data-driven decisions, optimize earnings structures for 100+ cities, and coordinate cross‑department projects with operations, commercial, and q‑commerce teams. This is a full-time, hybrid role with equity and wellbeing benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with data-driven decision making.
• 5+ years in high-demand operations or similar roles.
• Advanced stakeholder management and leadership of high-performing teams.
• Strong organizational, delegation and multitasking abilities under pressure.

Regional Operations Manager (They/She/He)

As a Regional Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the operational metrics and supply status of all cities in Poland, reporting to the Head of Operations. The couriers are a key player in Glovo’s marketplace, and you will need to ensure the long-term sustainability of the fleet, as well as its daily performance.

THE JOURNEY

Analyze daily and weekly operational metrics with a macro view for the long-term success of all cities in the country

Develop country and city level UX strategies and execution plans, ensuring they are delivered by the team

Optimise the courier earnings structure in 100+ cities on a daily, weekly and monthly basis

Ensure Glovo is the number one app of choice among couriers

Lead country wide projects to increase efficiency, reduce delivery time, keep under control costs and improve quality

Coordinate cross department projects between operations and other teams (commercial, q-commerce)

Understand, deep-dive and have complete awareness of the country’s supply situation at all times

Get to know the fleet of the region, be hands-on and active part of the courier support initiatives

Define and execute high-impact engagement and retention projects

Make data-driven decisions to identify best practices and improve regional performance.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions and recommendations and drive actions

5+ years of experience in high demanding positions (operations, consulting, investment banking, etc.).

Advanced stakeholder management and influencing skills

Experience managing high-performing teams

Strong organizational skills and delegation, ability to prioritize and multitask, work well under pressure, and handle multiple issues simultaneously in a dynamic environment.

Polish and English full professional proficiency

Advanced knowledge on Google Sheets, MS Excel and SQL (as a plus)
