Job summary

Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, part of Danaher, seeks a Senior Data Analyst to develop advanced analytics, BI solutions, and actionable market insights to improve Global Service performance. You will leverage data, automation, predictive analytics, and AI-driven methodologies to support strategic decision-making and operational excellence.

This is a fully remote role within the EMEA Transformation Office, reporting to the Senior Manager Transformation EMEA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Data Analytics, Statistics, CS, Engineering, Mathematics, Business Analytics) or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, BI, reporting in a global organization.
• Strong experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) and SQL, with data modeling and KPI development.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into actionable insights and communicate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and maintain advanced analytics solutions, forecasting tools, and dashboards to monitor and predict service performance.
• Partner with Global, Regional, and Local Service teams to ensure consistency and reconciliation of metrics across scorecards and reporting systems.
• Translate complex operational data into meaningful business intelligence that drives service excellence and continuous improvement.
• Develop benchmarking analyses and performance reports to identify best practices and support strategic initiatives, incorporating AI, ML, and data mining techniques.
• Implement automated data pipelines, reporting workflows, and self-service analytics to improve efficiency and scalability.
