Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of data analytics experience in a global organization.
• Proficient with Power BI, Tableau, and SQL for data modeling, forecasting, and KPIs.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and English fluency.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain advanced analytics solutions, forecasting tools, and dashboards to monitor service performance.
• Partner with Global, Regional, and Local Service teams to align metrics across scorecards and reporting systems.
• Apply AI/ML techniques to solve complex business challenges and drive data-driven decisions.
