Job summary

PepsiCo Deutschland GmbH in Kraków seeks an experienced Marketing spend optimization professional to map A&M spend, develop right-sizing proposals, and support senior executives with data-driven recommendations.

Applicants should have extensive FMCG marketing experience, cross-market exposure, and strong English communication skills to influence senior stakeholders and drive efficiency across top markets.

Qualifications

• 9+ years in marketing at an FMCG company; a consulting background is a plus
• Diverse experience across multiple operations and locations (corporate, field, cross-functional)
• Proven track record in marketing spend optimization and policy development
• Knowledge of PepsiCo A&M processes, agency landscape and spend is preferable
• Understanding of Marketing Procurement processes is a plus
• Strong communication skills and proficiency in English with ability to influence senior levels

Responsibilities

• Lead A&M spend process mapping for Top 13 markets and develop proposals for right-sizing optimization
• Support Senior A&M Expert in problem solving and communicating marketing recommendations to stakeholders
• Work with Senior Analysts to develop and validate BU A&M spend cube from raw data
• Identify inefficiencies in A&M spend and develop hypotheses to drive efficiency and right-sizing
• Co-lead development of A&M optimization initiatives and portfolio with project manager
• Establish and share a toolkit of proven levers across markets
• Ensure alignment on A&M efficiency targets and implementation planning
