Job summary

Cisco is seeking a Customer Trust Analyst to strengthen our security program in the Global Security team. You will support customer due diligence, respond to security inquiries, and participate in customer meetings to demonstrate how Cisco's security controls align with industry standards and contractual commitments.

You will lead security audits in EMEA and collaborate across sales, engineering, and success teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years related experience.
Knowledge of ISO 27001, SOC 1/2, GDPR, NIST CSF, and other controls.
Strong written and verbal communication for customer audiences.
Ability to guide and mentor security team members.

Responsibilities

Provide cybersecurity expertise to Field Sales, Sales Engineering, and Customer Success teams for customer inquiries and audits.
Lead customer security audits in EMEA and demonstrate control evidence.
Facilitate security assessments and communicate how security measures meet expectations and contracts.
Lead security conversations in meetings with customers and prospects.
Manage customer feedback and coordinate with partners to drive actions and resolution.
Develop customer‑facing documentation representing security controls.
Maintain deep knowledge of Cisco products and security offerings and mentor team members.
Drive process improvements to shorten the sales cycle while meeting customer expectations.
