BMC Software, Inc. is seeking a Customer Success Manager who can work remotely from Poland. You will drive post-sale customer experience, ensuring adoption of BMC solutions, mitigating risk, and identifying growth opportunities through CSPs with key stakeholders.

You will collaborate with customers, marketing and sales, leverage Gainsight to track progress, and coordinate across the BMC ecosystem to meet CSP targets. German language proficiency and ITIL/MSP certifications are highly valued.

Competenze

• Minimum 3 years in Customer Success or service delivery with BMC-like solutions.
• Advanced proficiency in German.
• Experience in customer success or service delivery management.
• ITIL v4 or MSP certifications preferred.
• Experience driving adoption and stakeholder ecosystem management.
