Qualifications

• 3+ years in Customer Success or Service Delivery Management.
• Experience with BMC-like solutions is preferred.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Drive the post-sale customer experience with focus on adoption and growth.
• Develop Customer Success Plans (CSP) with customer goals and KPIs.
• Identify risks and mitigate obstacles to success.
