Job summary

Universal-Investment in Kraków is seeking proactive individuals to manage financial instruments, process corporate actions, and maintain securities data. The role demands a university degree in finance or economics and an understanding of financial markets.

Qualifications

• University degree in finance or economics (or equivalent).
• A first experience in the fund industry, and/or experience in Securities domain is an asset.
• Good knowledge of financial instruments and of financial market mechanisms are an asset.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the opening of financial instruments and gather necessary documentation.
• Process corporate actions; analyze and record them in the system.
• Maintain securities data; update data subject to periodic changes.
• Investigate and resolve issues relating to securities data.
