Job summary

Universal Investment Group, a leading fund services provider, seeks an experienced professional in Kraków to steer team projects for institutional and retail funds. You will collaborate across departments and external parties to manage fund events, negotiate agreements, and drive process improvements while maintaining high client satisfaction.

• University degree in law, business administration, finance, economics or related field.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in the financial industry.

Responsibilities

• Steer and monitor team processes and projects for fund lifecycle events to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Coordinate within the department and with external parties (Asset Managers, Depositories, Custodians).
• Prepare and negotiate contracts for fund events (Master Agreements, SLAs, Third Party Agreements).
• Provide fast, competent responses to client inquiries and requests related to team tasks.
• Support internal and external clients with non-standard requests.
• Establish and maintain efficient, well-documented processes and drive improvements.
• Identify improvement areas and support automation initiatives.
