Job summary

Dell Technologies Łódź Facility is seeking a Senior Automation Engineer to support factory PLC systems, supervise external contractors, and manage documentation in the Maintenance & Control team. You will work with Manufacturing Operations, Process Engineering and Health & Safety to integrate new machines and processes.

The role requires a degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Control Engineering, PLC/drive experience, and strong Polish and English communication.

Qualifications

Electrical/Mechanical/Control Engineering degree with experience in industrial machinery and PLC/drive systems.
Ability to read and create technical documentation using CAD software and safety standards.
Knowledge of machinery safety requirements and documentation.
Good Polish and English communication skills.
Ability to work shifts as required.

Responsibilities

Support maintenance and PLC/robot/HMI programming and spare parts procurement.
Cooperate with external suppliers for preventive maintenance and calibration activities.
Manage technical documentation and ISO procedures in Maintenance and Control.
Participate in new processes development with emphasis on machinery safety and compliance.
Monitor automation trends and prepare feasibility studies for new solutions.
