ZF Group in Poland seeks a Senior Controlling Specialist to drive financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis for the IT finance function. You will collaborate with stakeholders to support strategic and operational decisions in a data‑driven environment.

Responsibilities include leading operational planning, maintaining rolling forecasts, and delivering monthly variance analyses, while ensuring data integrity in systems such as SAP BW.

Qualifications

• Approximately 5 years in a controlling or financial area within a complex organizational structure.
• Ability to work with large datasets, diligence and accuracy.
• Ability to interpret financial data, generate insights, and present findings to financial and non-financial stakeholders.
• Ability to understand the broader business context and contribute to strategic discussions with a commercial mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal skills across functions and levels.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); knowledge of PowerBI is a plus.

• Ensure data accuracy in reporting systems (e.g., FACT, SAP BW, ZP1) and govern data handling.
• Coordinate organizational changes and maintain compliance with internal standards.
• Participate in projects with financial impact analysis and accounting recommendations.
• Document processes and drive improvements.

• Participation in projects (from reviewing projects feasibility through financial impact analysis and accounting treatment recommendations);
• Process documentation and improvements.

Your Profile as a Senior Controlling Specialist (m/f/d):

• University degree in Economics, Finance, Business Informatics (or in a related field);
• Approx. 5 years in a controlling or financial area within a complex organizational structure;
• Ability to work with large datasets, diligence and accuracy;
• Ability to interpret financial data, generate meaningful insights, and present findings in a clear and structured way to both financial and non-financial stakeholders;
• Ability to understand the broader business context and contribute to strategic discussions with a commercial mindset;
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage confidently across functions and levels;
• Experience with SAP, Excel and Power Point Fluent in English, both written and spoken;
• Optional: Knowledge of PowerBI.
