Job summary

Belvedere, Warsaw, seeks a Senior Business Consultant to lead a large-scale Identity Governance and Administration transformation for a global insurer. You will design and roll out a Group-wide Business Role model using One Identity (myAccess) and Nexis, migrating from legacy SailPoint.

You will work with security, governance, and business stakeholders across multiple geographies. The role requires strong analytical skills, stakeholder management, and hands-on experience with IGA platforms.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in Business Role Management and IGA programmes.
• Strong knowledge of Identity Governance and Administration concepts.
• Hands-on experience with IGA platforms (One Identity, Nexis) and migration from SailPoint.

Responsibilities

• Analyse existing authorization structures, entitlements and business role hierarchies.
• Assess legacy SailPoint Business Roles and define migration approaches.
• Design and maintain the target Business Role framework and governance model.
• Establish role ownership principles, lifecycle processes and approval workflows.
• Lead workshops and requirements sessions with stakeholders across business and IT.
• Translate business requirements into Business Role designs and specifications.
• Define and execute Business Role migration strategies across platforms.
• Plan and coordinate testing phases including UAT and pilots.
• Support phased Business Role rollout across international entities.

Position Overview

As Senior Business Consultant,you'llplaya central rolein designing,implementingand rolling out a Group-wide Business Role model using One Identity (myAccess) and the Nexis Business Role Management platform.You'llwork closely with business stakeholders, security teams, applicationownersand governance functions toestablishscalable processes,frameworksand migration strategies. Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience in Business Role Management and IGA programmes
• Strong knowledge of Identity Governance and Administration concepts
• Hands-on experience with One Identity (myAccess) or similar IGA platforms
• Practical experience with Nexis Business Role Management platform
• Proven experience migrating from legacy IGA solutions, particularly SailPoint
• Strong requirements engineering and business analysis capabilities
• Experience designing governance frameworks, entitlementmodelsand access structures
• Knowledge of segregation of duties (SoD) controls and compliance requirements
• Experience within insurance or financial services sectors
• Demonstrated ability to lead stakeholder workshops and requirements sessions
• Strong documentation skills including requirements, specificationsand process descriptions
• Experience planning and coordinating testing phases including UAT and pilots
• Ability to work effectively across multiple business units and geographies
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Experience with Saviynt is advantageous
