Job summary

CD PROJEKT RED is seeking an Expert Concept Artist to join the Brand Creative team and help define the artistic vision for high-profile marketing content across CD PROJEKT RED’s IPs. You will combine hands-on concept creation with artistic leadership, guiding visual storytelling for trailers, key art, and campaigns.

You will mentor other artists, collaborate with Brand, Franchise, and Game Development, translate ideas into compelling visuals, and maintain a consistent artistic direction

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience in concept art, visual development, or pre-visualization within entertainment industries.
• Expert-level skills in concept art, digital painting, illustration, composition, anatomy, perspective and color theory.
• Fluent written and spoken English; knowledge of Unreal Engine 5 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop concept sketches, illustrations, digital paintings, mood paintings and storyboards based on scripts and briefs.
• Design characters, environments, props, creatures, and cinematic scenes to translate concepts into visuals.
• Define and communicate visual direction for trailers, key art, and marketing content.
• Collaborate with Brand, Franchise, and Game Development teams to align concepts.
• Mentor other concept artists and contribute to the development of the discipline.
