CD PROJEKT RED in Warsaw is seeking a Brand Art Director to define and evolve the art direction for The Witcher marketing, branding, and communications. You will guard the visual identity across all touchpoints and lead cross-functional teams to deliver consistent, high-quality assets.

The role requires a 10+ year track record in art direction within gaming, a standout portfolio, and fluent English. Relocation to Warsaw is supported; hybrid in-office work is expected.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience in art direction within the gaming industry.
• A portfolio showcasing brand visuals and marketing art assets for AAA titles.
• Demonstrated experience leading art/design teams in gaming.
• Strong knowledge of branding, visual identity systems, and design principles.
• Proficiency with industry-standard creative tools (Adobe).

Responsibilities

• Create overarching visual vision and strategy for Witcher marketing and branding.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and evolve art direction for campaigns.
• Maintain and improve visual standards, brand guidelines, and style guides.
• Ensure visual consistency and high-quality assets across channels.
• Oversee asset quality with internal teams, agencies, and partners.
• Guide art direction and brand expression to stakeholders and partners.
• Define best practices and standards across the organization.
• Lead the Brand Art discipline, including headcount, budget, and resources.
