Job summary

Universal Investment in Krakow is seeking an experienced Senior Compensation & Benefits Professional to lead the annual pay and benefits processes and ensure market competitiveness. You will drive job family architecture, benchmark compensation programs, and ensure regulatory compliance across the organization.

The role requires 6-8 years in compensation and benefits, strong analytic capability, and fluency in English with German as a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, or related field.
• 6-8 years experience in compensation and benefits, preferably in financial services.
• Advanced proficiency in compensation analysis and policy development.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements in financial services affecting compensation and benefits.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Advanced level of English; German knowledge would be an added value.

Responsibilities

• Support the annual compensation and benefits review cycle.
• Monitor pay equity and compliance with pay transparency directives.
• Drive development of job family architecture projects.
• Conduct benchmarking studies to ensure competitive compensation and benefits.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to compensation and benefits.
• Collaborate with HR and management to analyze and improve employee benefits programs.
• Provide analytical support for compensation data and reporting.
