Job summary

Brown Brothers Harriman is seeking a Senior Collateral Administration Specialist to join the Trade Management division in Kraków. You will support daily collateral activities, monitor queues and discrepancies, and coordinate with clients, counterparties and global teams to ensure timely resolution.

You will guide less experienced team members, review selected work, and contribute to reports while maintaining quality standards and risk controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 1–2 years in collateral operations, custody, securities processing or related financial services.
• Understanding of custody, securities servicing, trade management or collateral administration processes.
• Strong analytical, investigation and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee daily collateral administration activities in line with procedures, controls and client requirements.
• Monitor operational queues and outstanding collateral items.
• Investigate discrepancies and coordinate resolution with stakeholders.
• Ensure daily quality, completeness and timeliness of work.
• Support prioritization of daily activities and smooth handovers between global teams.
• Review work completed by colleagues and provide guidance.
