Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking a Senior Project Manager CNS for a remote role open to Central or Eastern Europe. You will lead Phase I‑IV trials, managing start-up to closeout, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring quality, timelines and budgets meet client expectations.

You will guide projects with strategic thinking, financial oversight and strong stakeholder management, while fostering continuous improvement and effective collaboration across global teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of clinical pharmaceutical industry experience with project management in CNS.
• Strong knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, and international regulatory requirements.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary cross-functional teams and managing CNS trials.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver Phase I‑IV clinical trials from start-up through closeout.
• Drive planning, execution, tracking, and risk management to meet timeline, quality and budget objectives.
• Coordinate internal teams, external partners, and subcontractors for seamless execution.
• Serve as primary client contact, building trusted relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
• Manage project resources, identify gaps, and develop contingency plans to maintain momentum.
• Monitor financial performance and contribute to revenue and budget targets.
• Foster collaboration and resolve conflicts across global project teams.
• Ensure deliverables meet contractual requirements and SOPs.
• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
