Job summary

Precision for Medicine is seeking a Senior Clinical Research Associate to support a dedicated FSP partnership across Poland, Hungary, the UK, France and Germany. The role emphasizes quality, collaboration, and regulatory compliance in a highly dynamic environment.

You will monitor clinical studies at investigative sites, coordinate study setup and ongoing site activities, mentor junior staff, and interact with clients including proposal participation and payments while travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree or equivalent experience.
• Holder of CRA certificate.
• Minimum 5 years of CRA/SCRA experience within a CRO, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device environment.
• Fluency in English and the local language.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and own the progress of clinical studies at investigative sites and ensure studies are conducted, recorded, and reported per protocol, SOPs, ICH-GCP, and applicable regulations.
• Coordinate all activities required to set up and monitor a study (identify investigators; help prepare regulatory submissions; conduct pre-study and initiation visits).
• Senior CRAs support trials that are larger in scope; train and mentor junior staff; interact with clients; initiate payments; participate in proposals and client presentations.
