Job summary

Precision for Medicine is seeking an experienced Clinical Trial Manager to lead cross-border trials in Europe, including Hungary, Poland, Romania, Serbia, and Slovakia. You will supervise CRAs, oversee all clinical elements across countries, ensure timelines and scope are met, and maintain quality across operations with a consultative trial management approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science or health-related field, oncology experience preferred.
• Experience leading clinical aspects of multi-country studies in CRO/Pharma/Biotech.
• Working knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines and clinical development processes; capable of travel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee management and delivery of clinical elements within a trial across multiple countries.
• Ensure timelines, regulatory documentation, and trial deliverables are met.
• Mentor and train team members; lead CRAs and ensure high-quality site oversight.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and sponsors.
