Altium Limited is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to ensure the reliability and performance of its cloud platforms. You will automate operations, enhance observability, and collaborate with engineering teams across regions to build scalable services.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in SRE, DevOps or related role in a large-scale environment.
• Software development experience (ideally with .NET).
• Strong understanding of SDLC, microservice and HA architecture.
• Observability tools: NewRelic, ELK, Grafana, PagerDuty, OTEL or similar.
• Experience with Kubernetes in production, AWS, and OCI.
• Experience with CI/CD tooling: Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub, ArgoCD or similar.
• Knowledge of IaaC: Terraform, Ansible.
• Basic networking fundamentals.
• Experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure reliability, availability and performance of large-scale SaaS platforms.
• Improve observability and automate operational tasks.
• Contribute to incident management and post-incident analysis.
• Collaborate with development/tech teams to build scalable services.
• Drive IaC, automation, and deployment process improvements.
• Support capacity planning and platform upgrades.
• Promote SOO principles and shared ownership of services.
