Qualifications

• 6+ years in SRE, DevOps in a large-scale environment.
• Software development experience, ideally with .NET.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, microservices and high availability architectures.
• Observability stack experience: NewRelic, ELK, Grafana, PagerDuty, OTEL.
• Production experience with Kubernetes clusters, AWS, and IOC/IaaS.
• Experience with CI/CD tooling: Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub, ArgoCD.
• Infrastructure as code: Terraform and Ansible.
• Basic networking knowledge.
• Experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Understand how the Altium Cloud Platform works.
• Pioneer improvements in observability, including logging, monitoring, and APM.
• Develop and implement reliability frameworks across regions and environments.
• Foster a shared responsibility model with engineering teams on reliability best practices.
• Contribute to incident response and post-incident analysis for continuous improvement.
• Participate in system design consulting, platform management, capacity planning.
• Collaborate with DevOps to promote IaC and deployment automation.
• Champion SOO principles for clear service ownership.
