Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Senior Project Management Assistant (PMA) to join its Clinical Functional Service Partnership (CFSP) team. You will partner with Clinical Trial Leads and global teams to ensure trials are delivered efficiently and in compliance.

You will coordinate activities across systems and documentation, support budgets and vendor oversight, and mentor colleagues to share best practices within IQVIA's global clinical research environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life sciences or related field is required.
• Minimum 2 years of PMA experience.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate across geographies and teams.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage project performance dashboards and analyze event triggers.
• Coordinate project schedules and milestone updates with the Project Leader.
• Support risk and issue management processes.
• Manage project finances including estimates, expenses, invoices and reconciliation.
• Ensure compliance with vendor and PO processes and change control.
