IQVIA Warsaw seeks an experienced Project Management Assistant to support clinical trials delivery. You will work with Clinical Trial Leads and global teams to ensure studies run efficiently, compliantly, and inspection-ready, coordinating activities across systems, documentation, finance, training, and vendor oversight.

As a senior PMA member, you will mentor colleagues, help build capabilities across the PMA community, and contribute to best practices within one of the world's leading clinical

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of PMA experience.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Mansioni

• Establish and manage performance dashboards, analyze event triggers/alerts and determine appropriate follow up for Project Leader or other function(s).
• Coordinate project schedule and ensure timely updates of all key milestones with PL on related calls.
• Coordinate and support the risk and issue management process.
• Manage all aspects of the Project Finances including EAC, monthly expenses, invoices and reconciliation.
• Demonstrate compliance with Vendor and PO management processes.
• Implement and maintain baseline and change control processes.
• Ensure PL has timely and accurate data on cost, schedule, scope, utilization, change orders and quality.
• Develop and maintain relevant sections of Project Management Plans.
• Review and support project resource allocation within project budgeted for assigned portfolio/projects.
• Prepare correspondence and meeting minutes for project team and/or customer.
• Organize and partner with PL in managing internal project team and customer meetings.
• Prepare project status reports and presentation materials for internal project team and customer meetings.
• Manage and coordinate core file reviews and support audits; drive eTMF filing compliance.
• Coordinate and support onboarding of new Key Project Team Members and system access.
• Monitor project metrics and update IQVIA systems for accurate reporting to senior management.
• Participate in regional initiatives to support PMA community and personal development.
