Job summary

IQVIA CFSP is seeking a Clinical Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of clinical trials on behalf of a sponsor. You will manage timelines, budgets, risk and cross-functional teams to keep studies compliant and on track within a sponsor-enabled environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Life sciences or related field.
• 5+ years of prior relevant experience including >2 years of project management experience or equivalent.
• Prior Regional or Global Clinical Project Management experience.
• Leadership and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver results.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of clinical trials for a sponsor within CFSP model.
• Manage timelines, budgets, risk and cross-functional teams to keep studies on track.
• Develop integrated study management plans with core project team.
• Accountable for execution of clinical studies per contract while optimizing speed, quality and cost.
• Set objectives for the core project team and assess performance.
• Collaborate with other functional groups to support milestones and address study issues.
• Monitor progress and present project information to stakeholders.
• Manage risk and contingencies, lead problem solving and resolution.
• May serve as primary or backup project contact with customer and vendors.
• Build and lead cross-functional teams; ensure project delivery aligns with milestones.
• Forecast and identify opportunities to accelerate activities and revenue.
• Identify scope changes and manage change control processes.
• Identify lessons learned and implement best practices.
