IQVIA is seeking a Clinical Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of clinical trials on behalf of a sponsor, managing timelines, budgets, risk and cross-functional teams. Embedded within a sponsor's team, you will gain therapeutic and operational expertise with the support of IQVIA's global infrastructure.

This role offers opportunities to lead regional and global studies while expanding project management expertise within IQVIA, a leading contract research organization.

Qualifikationen

• 5 years of prior relevant experience including > 2 years of project management experience
• Prior Regional or Global Clinical Project Management experience
• Leadership - work through others to deliver results with quality and timeline metrics
• Organisation - planning, time management and prioritization skills
• Finances - understanding of project financials and contractual obligations

Aufgaben

• Participate in bid defense presentations with Business Development and may lead for smaller regional studies
• Delivery and management of smaller, regional studies
• Develop integrated study management plans with the core project team
• Execute studies per contract while optimizing speed, quality and cost
• Set objectives and communicate performance to the team
• Collaborate with other functional groups to support milestones
• Monitor progress and present project information to stakeholders
• Manage risk and lead problem solving and resolution efforts
• Ensure cross-functional collaboration for project delivery and milestones
• Forecast and identify opportunities to accelerate activities and bring revenue forward
