As a Clinical Project Manager, you will lead end-to-end delivery of clinical trials, managing timelines, budgets and cross-functional teams to keep studies compliant and on track.

This role provides regional and global study exposure, deep therapeutic knowledge, and strong career development within a leading clinical research organization.

Qualifications

• 5 years of prior relevant experience including > 2 years of project management experience or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Prior Regional or Global Clinical Project Management experience.
• Leadership, cross-functional partnering, and strong communication in a sponsor environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of clinical trials for a sponsor, managing timelines, budgets, risk and cross-functional teams.
• Embed within a sponsor's team to gain therapeutic and operational expertise with IQVIA support.
• Develop integrated study management plans with the core project team.
• Ensure execution of studies per contract while optimizing speed, quality and cost.
• Set objectives for the team and monitor performance, communicating with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with other functional groups to support milestones and resolve study issues.
• Forecast and identify opportunities to accelerate activities and manage change control.
