Citigroup Inc. in Warsaw, Poland, is looking for a Client Onboarding Lead Analyst to drive requirements gathering, project artifacts, and stakeholder collaboration within Citi Solutions Center Poland.

This strategic professional role offers a hybrid schedule (up to 2 days at home) and a competitive base salary with extensive benefits. You will coordinate with business partners, manage risks, and act as SME to senior stakeholders, leveraging SDLC and Agile practices to deliver complex onboarding

Competenze

• 6–10 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication.

Team/Role Overview

The Client Onboarding Lead Analyst is a strategic professional who stays abreast of developments within own field and contributes to directional strategy by considering their application in own job and the business. There are typically multiple people within the business that provide the same level of subject matter expertise. Work impacts an entire area, which eventually affects the overall performance and effectiveness of the sub-function/job family.

Responsibilities

• Gathering, documenting and assessing business requirements
• Developing individual project artifacts as necessary including User Stories, Business Requirements Documentation, Functional Requirements, Documentation, test planning and scenario documents for user acceptance testing, project plans as required for all key technical deliveries.
• Day-to-day management of individual project responsibilities including milestones setting, task and actions management, co-ordination and execution of plan within required timelines and to stakeholder quality expectations.
• Providing implementation / post-implementation project support
• Foster and maintain relationships with business stakeholders
• Identify key project risks, whether stated or not, and manage to resolution or elevate accordingly
• Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.
• Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.
• Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.

Qualifications

• Good interpersonal communication skills. Able to communicate with internal and external business partners.
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
• 6-10 years of relevant experience
• Organized, motivated and a self-starter
• Desire to improve processes
• Demonstrated Project management skill
• Ability to quickly grasp and master new concepts / requirements and related product / functional knowledge
• Knowledge of the SDLC
• Experience of working with Agile Methodologies and Tools.
• Team player and relationship management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines
• Ability to learn/understand some technical implications of system design.
