Job summary

Unisys is seeking a Senior Client Delivery Executive to lead end-to-end delivery of IT services for key clients. The role emphasizes customer satisfaction, service optimization, and strategic partnerships, with on-site work in Kraków up to 3 days/week and possible travel.

You will drive large implementations, build trusted relationships, and collaborate across delivery teams to ensure quality and business outcomes in a global corporate environment.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree and 8+ years’ relevant experience, Master’s degree preferred.
• Extensive Client & Service Delivery Leadership Experience.
• Strong Stakeholder Management & Relationship Building skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills in English (C1).
• Willingness to work on-site in Krakow up to 3 days/week and travel as needed.
