Job summary

EY GDS Poland is seeking a Celonis Senior Consultant in Katowice (2 days in office / 3 days remote) to support global clients in transforming finance processes through process intelligence and advanced analytics.

The role bridges business and technical teams, delivering Celonis-based process discovery, analytics, and improvements across R2R, P2P, and O2C, with ERP integrations (SAP, Oracle). Fluent English required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Celonis (data gathering, dashboards design and analysis).
• Strong understanding of finance processes (R2R, P2P, O2C).
• Bridge between business and technical teams; analytical problem solving and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Celonis-based process discovery, analysis, and improvement initiatives.
• Translate business needs into analytical/technical requirements.
• Identify process inefficiencies, root causes, and value opportunities.
• Convert data insights into actionable business recommendations.
• Facilitate workshops (process, data, value identification).
• Define KPIs, benchmarks, and improvement roadmaps.
• Collaborate with business, IT, and data teams.
• Present insights, dashboards, and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Support value realization and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to proposals and RFPs.
