EY GDS Poland is recruiting for a Finance Transformation professional to lead end-to-end RtR transformations, optimize finance processes and design operating models. You will leverage SAP S/4HANA and Dynamics 365 expertise to deliver transformation outcomes and support go-to-market activities.

You will manage large programs, engage senior stakeholders, and drive proposals, with a focus on delivering clear roadmaps and measurable business benefits within a hybrid work model in Katowice.

The opportunity

As part of our EY GDS Poland - Finance Consulting Team, you will help clients in their Business Transformation projects. This role focuses on end-to-end RtR (Record to Report) transformation, including finance process optimization, operating model design and ERP-enabled change initiatives. You will provide industry best practices and thought leadership, ensuring the successful delivery of complex transformation programs. Furthermore, you will support go-to-market activities, client proposals and business development initiatives, helping to grow our Finance Transformation practice.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Finance Process Transformation: Lead and support clients in improving and transforming end-to-end RtR processes, ensuring alignment with industry standards and leading practices. Drive process standardization, operating model design and finance function transformation initiatives.
• ERP Transformation: Utilize and demonstrate a deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365 to optimize finance processes and deliver successful transformation outcomes. Responsibilities include solution design oversight, test strategy governance, deployment planning and business readiness activities.
• Program Leadership: Lead large-scale finance transformation programs, managing project scope, risks, dependencies, budget and stakeholder expectations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business, project management and technical delivery teams.
• Client Proposals: Lead go-to-market efforts and development of client proposals and RFP responses, showcasing our expertise and value proposition.
• Communication and Presentation: Deliver clear and compelling presentations to senior client stakeholders, articulating transformation strategies, business benefits and implementation roadmaps. Identify, register, plan and mitigate risks, ensuring transparent communication to stakeholders.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Finance Process Expertise: Deep understanding of end-to-end RtR processes, including General Ledger, Financial Close, Intercompany, Fixed Assets and Financial Reporting.
• ERP Transformation Experience: Proven experience leading SAP S/4HANA and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365 transformation projects.
• Finance Transformation Knowledge: Strong knowledge of finance operating model design, process optimization, Shared Services and Global Business Services transformations.
• Program Delivery: Experience managing large and complex transformation initiatives, including scope, risk, resource and stakeholder management.
• Client Engagement: Proven ability to work directly with senior client stakeholders, provide strategic recommendations and drive transformation decisions.
• Experience: 8+ years of relevant experience.

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Process Mining: Experience with Celonis or similar process intelligence platforms.
• Business Development: Experience supporting sales pursuits, proposal development and go-to-market initiatives.
• Professional Qualifications: ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent professional certification.
