Job summary

EY GDS Poland in Katowice seeks a Senior Manager to drive end-to-end RtR transformation, optimizing finance processes and operating models. You will lead ERP initiatives using SAP S/4HANA / Microsoft Dynamics 365 and manage large-scale programs with cross-functional teams.

You’ll build client proposals, support go-to-market efforts, and present strategic roadmaps to senior stakeholders. Hybrid work: 2 days in office, 3 days remote.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience in finance transformation and RtR programs.
• Deep knowledge of end-to-end RtR processes and ERP implementations.
• Proven ability to lead large finance transformation projects with stakeholders.
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA and/or Dynamics 365 transformations.
• Strong communication and client engagement capabilities.
• Ability to manage scope, risks and budgets in complex programs.

The opportunity

As part of our EY GDS Poland - Finance Consulting Team, you will help clients in their Business Transformation projects. This role focuses on end-to-endRtR(Record to Report) transformation, including finance process optimization, operating modeldesignand ERP-enabled change initiatives. You will provide industry best practices and thought leadership, ensuring the successful delivery of complex transformation programs. Furthermore, you will support go-to-market activities, clientproposalsand business development initiatives, helping to grow our Finance Transformation practice.

Your key responsibilities

• Finance Process Transformation:Lead and support clients in improving and transforming end-to-endRtRprocesses, ensuring alignment with industry standards and leading practices. Drive process standardization, operating modeldesignand finance function transformation initiatives.
• ERP Transformation:Utilizeand demonstrate a deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365 tooptimizefinance processes and deliver successful transformation outcomes. Responsibilities include solution design oversight, test strategy governance, deploymentplanningand business readiness activities.
• Program Leadership:Lead large-scale finance transformation programs, managing project scope, risks, dependencies,budgetand stakeholder expectations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business, projectmanagementand technical delivery teams.
• Client Proposals:Lead go-to-market efforts and development of client proposals and RFP responses,showcasingourexpertiseand value proposition.
• Communication and Presentation:Deliver clear and compelling presentations to senior client stakeholders, articulating transformation strategies, businessbenefitsandimplementationroadmaps.Identify, register,planand mitigate risks, ensuring transparent communication to stakeholders.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Finance Process Expertise:Deep understanding of end-to-endRtRprocesses, including General Ledger, Financial Close, Intercompany, Fixed Assets and Financial Reporting.
• ERP Transformation Experience:Proven experience leading SAP S/4HANA and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365 transformation projects.
• Finance Transformation Knowledge:Strong knowledge of finance operating model design, process optimization, Shared Services and Global Business Services transformations.
• Program Delivery:Experience managing large and complex transformation initiatives, including scope, risk,resourceand stakeholder management.
• Client Engagement:Proven ability to work directly with senior client stakeholders, provide strategic recommendations and drive transformation decisions.
• Experience:8+ years of relevant experience.

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Process Mining:Experience withCelonisor similar process intelligence platforms.
• Business Development:Experience supporting sales pursuits, proposaldevelopmentand go-to-market initiatives.
• Professional Qualifications:ACCA, CIMA,CPAor equivalent professional certification.
