Job summary

Vaillant Group Business Services Poland is seeking a Process Mining/Intelligence Consultant to drive innovative Process Mining and Process Intelligence solutions. You will partner with stakeholders to design architectures, data models, and Celonis dashboards to transform data into insights for informed decisions.

You will join an international team, contribute to migration programs, and promote governance, standards, and best practices for scalable Process Intelligence across the organization.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering, Business Administration, or comparable field.
• At least three years of professional experience in IT Consulting, Management Consulting, Process Mining, Process Intelligence, or related area with a proven data-driven solution track record.
• Strong knowledge of Celonis and SQL, plus solid understanding of business processes, data analytics, process mining and process intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Drive development of Process Mining and Process Intelligence solutions with stakeholders to meet evolving business requirements.
• Design, optimize, and enhance Process Intelligence architectures, data models, and dashboards in Celonis for actionable insights.
• Contribute to group-wide Process Intelligence migration, support global rollouts, and ensure seamless integration.
• Define standards, governance, and best practices to deliver scalable, high-quality Process Intelligence solutions.
