EY GDS Poland – Finance Consulting Practice invites you to join as an O2C Finance Transformation Manager focused on MS Dynamics 365 implementation and end-to-end O2C transformations. Located in Katowice/Wroclaw with a hybrid work model (2 days in office, 3 days remote).

You will lead finance process transformations, design test strategies, and contribute to client proposals and RFP responses. Ideal candidates have 3+ years of relevant experience, strong data analytics and communication skills,

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of end-to-end O2C processes.
• Proven MS Dynamics 365 implementation experience, including system configuration or key user exposure.
• Familiarity with finance process optimization and transformation practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support clients in transforming O2C processes to industry standards and best practices.
• Utilize MS Dynamics 365 to optimize finance processes and drive transformation; design and execute test strategies; collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Support go-to-market efforts with client proposals and RFP responses, showcasing EY’s value proposition.
• Deliver clear client presentations; identify, register, plan, and mitigate risks; communicate them to stakeholders.
