AZ Accounting Firm is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to run payroll for diverse clients entirely remotely. You’ll manage full payroll cycles, ensure CRA compliance, and deliver timely payroll reporting with accuracy and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience processing Canadian payroll.
• PMP designation is required.
• Experience handling payroll for multiple clients, preferably within a CPA firm or payroll service environment.
• Proficiency with CRA remittances, T4s, ROEs, and year-end reporting.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll for multiple clients accurately and on time.
• Handle CRA remittances and statutory deductions.
• Prepare and file T4s, T4 summaries, and ROEs.
• Support payroll reporting, reconciliations, and year-end requirements.
