SD Worx in Europe is seeking a senior Payroll expert to own end-to-end payroll processes across multiple countries with a focus on accuracy and compliance. You will drive standardisation and improvements while coordinating across teams and regions.

We require 8–12 years of payroll experience, strong knowledge of local regulations, and fluency in English and German. The role offers flexible hours and remote work options within a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of payroll experience, preferably in outsourcing or shared services.
• Strong expertise in payroll systems, configurations, integrations, and local regulations.
• Fluent English and German skills.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end responsibility for payroll processes and cross-country harmonisation.
• Ensure compliance with local employment, tax, and social security regulations.
• Coordinate collaboration across countries with internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead payroll-related projects, implementations, and system changes.
• Deliver training and functional support to payroll teams and customers.
