Job summary

Comernal Software, part of Leica Geosystems within the Hexagon group, is seeking a Senior Software Engineer (C++) who will also serve as a part-time Scrum Master to strengthen the engineering team in Katowice.

The role combines hands-on C++ development for GNSS sensors on Linux and Windows with Agile leadership to drive Scrum practices across international teams, contributing to high quality software and robust CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

• University degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Good English in writing and speaking for multinational teams.
• 8+ years of professional software development experience.
• Experience with GNSS or geospatial systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop high quality C++ code for GNSS sensors on Linux and Windows.
• Improve build and dependency systems (CMake, Conan).
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
• Collaborate with international teams and stakeholders.
• Coach team members in Agile principles and drive process improvements.
