Seargin, a dynamic multinational tech company, seeks a Senior Scrum Master to support three engineering teams across firmware, embedded systems, and potentially hardware. The role focuses on team-level improvements while enabling broader organisational transformation within a hybrid Katowice-based setup.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years as a Scrum Master, SAFe knowledge, and fluent Polish and English. The contract is B2B for 12 months with equipment provided by the client.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Practical knowledge of SAFe.
• A true leadership mindset.
• Proven success in introducing and implementing changes.
• Ability to present a documented example or case study of a successful change initiative.
• Availability to work in a hybrid model in Katowice.
• Notice period of up to one month.
• Fluent Polish and English language.

Responsabilités

• Supporting the effectiveness of three engineering teams.
• Working with teams operating in different Agile processes or models.
• Supporting teams working in firmware, including embedded systems, and potentially hardware.
• Focusing primarily on team-level improvements.
• Contributing to broader organisational improvements where possible.
• Supporting teams during the organisation’s internal transformation.
