Job summary

Netguru is seeking a PMO and delivery operations lead to ensure accurate forecasts, effective scheduling, and margin visibility across the portfolio. You will own PMO execution, bench management, and cross-functional coordination with delivery, sales, finance and legal.

• 3–5 years in Delivery Operations or PMO.
• Hands-on with Productive is a must.
• Experience with Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Forecasting, scheduling and gross margin knowledge.
• Strong analytical and systems-thinking skills.
• Polish at native level and English at least C1 level.

Responsibilities

• Run the PMO: delivery audits, adherence to delivery standards, risk reviews, and EVM discipline across the portfolio
• Own scheduling and bench management - daily allocation visibility, capacity planning, and bench reduction
• Own Productive as our system of record: project setup, budgets, rate cards, time tracking hygiene, and reporting structures
• Maintain and enforce SOPs across departments, flag where they break down, and propose updates
• Run margin and forecast reporting, identify revenue leakage, and escalat with evidence
• Build and maintain operational dashboards for delivery leads, finance, and the board
• Coordinate cross-functional operational workflows across sales, finance, legal, talent, and marketing
• Maintain integrations and workflow automation between Productive, Salesforce, and HubSpot

This role sits at the intersection of Delivery, Sales, Finance, Legal, Talent, and Growth. You will own PMO execution, scheduling and bench management, operational reporting, and the tooling that holds it all together - Productive, Salesforce, and HubSpot. Your job is to keep delivery data accurate, forecasts reliable, and margin leakage visible early enough to act on.

Salary Ranges

PLN 15.000-21.000 net + VAT (B2B) or PLN 12.500-17.500 gross (Employment Contract).

What you will do

What We Expect

• 3-5 years in Delivery Operations, Business Operations, or PMO, ideally in a software house or professional services environment
• Hands-on experience with Productive - this is a must have
• Working experience with Salesforce or HubSpot
• Solid understanding of forecasting, scheduling, and gross margin mechanics
• Track record of operating inside a defined process framework and enforcing it in practice, not just documenting it
• Strong analytical and systems-thinking skills; you are comfortable living in spreadsheets and BI tools
• Proven cross-functional coordination across commercial and delivery teams
• Polish at native level and English at least C1 level

Nice to have

• ITIL foundation or an equivalent operational process background
• PMO, PMP, or Lean Six Sigma certification
• Productive or HubSpot certification
• SQL or BI literacy (Looker, Metabase, Power BI)
• Experience with EVM metrics (CPI, SPI, EAC) in a project delivery context
