Job summary

Team Up in Poznań is seeking an Account/Delivery Leader to guide delivery teams, manage key client portfolios, and drive revenue growth. The role combines account management, line leadership, and delivery oversight in a hybrid setting, with 20% on-site in Poznań and international travel around 10%.

You will support sales processes, foster professional growth within the team, and ensure profitable, high-quality project delivery across fintech initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in leading delivery teams and client programs.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management.
• Track record of driving revenue through upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
• Fluent English and Polish with excellent communication skills.

Your role

Account Management

• Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring strong, long-term relationships built on reliability, transparency, and value.
• Maximizing project profitability and contributing to revenue growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Supporting new business sales processes.

Line Management

• Managing and developing the delivery team, ensuring high performance, engagement, and growth.
• Aligning team members’ career development with project opportunities to foster professional growth.
• Setting, reviewing, and managing individual performance goals and compensation to ensure fairness, motivation, and retention.

Delivery Management

• Overseeing the execution of projects, ensuring resource efficiency, profitability, and client satisfaction.
• Managing project risks, resource allocation, and operational stability to ensure smooth delivery.
• Ensuring project revenue and margin targets are met through effective budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Managing changes in contracts, team composition, and service scope while maintaining profitability.

Requirements

• Solid experience in roles such as Delivery Manager, Business Manager, Business Unit Manager, Client Portfolio Manager, Account Manager, Line Manager or Team Leader,
• Relation-oriented attitude: communication skills, customer relationship, team management,
• Ability to lead by example, inspire and motivate your team,
• Experience in the professional services industry,
• Full professional proficiency in English and Polish,
• Readiness for work on-site at least 20% working time (Poznań),
• Readiness for international travel at least 10% working time.
