Unravel is seeking a seasoned Product Owner/Business Analyst to join our team in Poland. The role focuses on translating client product vision into actionable user stories and rigorous acceptance criteria, aligning priorities with business goals, and coordinating across development, UX/UI, QA, and Scrum Master to ensure successful deliveries.

You will balance business priorities with technical realities, drive backlog refinement, and participate in sprint planning, reviews, and demos.

Formación

• 4+ years in BA/PrM or similar in Agile environment.
• Experience in production/manufacturing domain (Chemistry/Food) - MUST HAVE.
• Proven experience delivering complex IT/software products and projects.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and full product lifecycle.

Responsabilidades

• Communicate and understand the client's product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Gather, analyze, and validate business and stakeholder requirements.
• Translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize and refine the product backlog with the client.
• Ensure backlog items are clear and ready for development.
• Act as decision-maker for scope, priorities, and trade-offs.
• Collaborate with client, development teams, UX/UI, QA and Scrum Master/PM.
• Contribute in sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and demos.
• Accept or reject completed work based on acceptance criteria.
• Ensure delivered features meet goals, user needs, and quality.
• Support release planning and go-to-market activities when applicable.
• Drive product improvements using data, feedback, and KPIs with the client.
• Drive ongoing process improvements across teams and workflows.

Requirements

Experience & Knowledge

• Minimum 4 years in BA/PrM role or similar position in Agile environment
• Experience in production/manufacturing domain (preferably in Chemistry or Food Industry) - MUST HAVE
• Proven experience delivering complex IT/software products and projects
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks and the full product development lifecycle
• Experience working with cross-functional and distributed teams
• Ability to balance business priorities, technical constraints, and user needs
• Experience collaborating with many stakeholders
