Job summary

Qualifications

• German C1+ / fluent
• Several years of hands-on Business Analysis experience
• Requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation
• Business process analysis / as-is & to-be
• User stories and acceptance criteria
• Functional specifications
• UML / BPMN
• Strong stakeholder and client-facing skills

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Conduct stakeholder workshops and requirements-gathering sessions.
• Analyze and model business processes (as-is & to-be).
• Prepare user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, clients, and technical teams.
• Ensure requirements are clear, complete, and aligned with business goals.
• Independently own and drive requirements from elicitation through validation and delivery.
• Support solution design, testing, and implementation activities.
• Manage requirement changes and maintain project documentation.
• Drive communication between business and IT teams.
• Take ownership of BA deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
